Why doesn't the webpage fit onto my screen?
Our site was designed to fit best on a screen setting of 1024×768 pixels. Although you will still be able to view our page on a lower resolution screen (i.e. 800×600 pixels), we recommend that you adjust your screen settings to a higher resolution for the best possible on-line experience. For further information refer to the proper manual that came with your computer.
How safe is it to order on-line?
To make it easier and safer to order our dvds, we are able to give you a few options on how you may order:

How do I make my Payment? What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard - the charge will be shown under "Club Video 29 Inc". On our order form please be sure to list your biling address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
How are packages shipped and how much is shipping?
Shipping & Discreet Packaging:
Packages are shipped in Discreet Plain Packaging. There is no way of knowing the contents of the package!!!
We use one of the following companies for all shipments: Fed Ex Ground, The Postal Service, Fed Ex Overnight for Overnight Deliveries.
Shipping Fee is $5.00 for the first dvd and $2.00 for every other dvd in USA and Canada. Please note that we have Specials which at times make the shipping cost free, so please read our specials. Shipping fees for International Orders (outside of Canada and USA) are $15.00 for the first video and $5.00 for every other video.
If your item is ever damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.
How do I use the Shopping Cart?
To Use The Shopping Cart:
Select the dvd(s) that you want to purchase by using the "Check Box" . Then push the "Add" button to place selected dvd(s) in your shopping cart. Choose "Check Out" when you are done shopping.
After you push the "Check Out" Button you will offered an option to place the order online via secure server or offline.
You can update the quantities or clear your cart at any time using the "Update" or "Clear Order" buttons.
